 Work experience:
I was Studies and Release Manager for INSEE at the regional services of Limousin and Midi-Pyrénées. Alongside my experience in managing surveys and statistical studies, I worked on presenting results through new eye-pleasing, global and cartographic publications.
I was one of the first to use computer cartography at INSEE and directed several training sessions on the semiology of graphics. I also developed a software toolbox for easier creation of thematic maps and the "Portraits de zone" (zone protraits) application that provides cartographic results tables for any area of France. These two products are still used (and their results marketed) by INSEE.
During the 2 and a half years that I spent managing the information systems for the Midi-Pyrénées ARH, I improved my knowledge of the health care system and designed two Intranet and Internet sites for the agency.
I have managed emc³ for the past 3 years. My work includes giving added value to data through print and website releases in which cartography plays an important part, and counselling on organising information systems.

Isabelle Coulomb

Education:
     ENSAE (national statistics and economic administration school)
     ETPA (multimedia and photography school): computer graphics and multimedia technician.
 Work experience:
As an INSEE attaché for 15 years, I was successively study officer, release products tools manager (Picardie and Midi-Pyrénées regional services, Midi-Pyrénées regional farming statistics service).
I also directed training sessions on cartography, automatic cartography application development and the semiology of cartography.
I worked as Editor in chief of regional publications for INSEE in Picardie and for the Midi-Pyrénées SRSA (regional farming statistics service), as well as Project manager for the Midi-Pyrénées INSEE BIP (computerised publications library) CD-ROM.
Since October 2000, I have been working as a statistician, computer graphics designer/cartographer and Artistic director at emc³, with 6 months of professional training at ETPA to complete my self-taught computer graphics and DTP skills.

Yannick Lafont

 Education:
     Two-year higher diploma course (DUT) in computing
at the Limousin University Institute of Technology
     Master 2 NTIE (New computer technologies for business)
at the University of Toulouse
 Work experience:
First of all, I joined a computer services company in Toulouse for two years work-based learning, with a view to producing management software for small and medium-sized businesses.
In September 2005, I joined emc³. I now work full time for this company but initially it was for a one-year work-based learning placement. My objective is to strengthen the team by providing support for the design and development of interactive cartography applications.

Thibault Heinrich

 Education :
     Telecom Saint-Étienne (engineering school), with a last year in exchange at UQAM University (Montréal, Canada)
 Work experience:
I am initially trained for sharp computing technologies, and my stay in Québec made me discover cartography. Meeting Géoclip was the logical following step.
I am a full-time emc3 employee since September 2009, after my final-year internship, I reinforce the team technically as well as in communication.
